No-Bake Pie Crust (Gluten-Free)

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups of shredded coconut (optional: toasted)
  • 1 cup crispy sprouted almonds
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter or creamed coconut (also called coconut mana or coconut butter)
  • 3 tablespoons coconut oil
  • ΒΌ teaspoon high mineral salt
  • Optional: Spoonful approved sweetener of your choice. I like adding around 10 drops of liquid stevia.

Instructions
 

  • In a food processor, add the almonds and shredded coconut. Pulse until the nuts have been broken up into small pieces
  • Add the sweetener, salt, almond butter and coconut oil and continue processing until it comes together into a sort of dough consistency.
  • Press this mixture into a pie pan, enough to cover the bottom and sides. It is now ready for you to add the pie filling.
