Welcome to our third podcast!
Can you think of moments in your life when you were struggling with your health and happiness? Did you notice situations where concerns about fitting in or societal expectations got in the way of you making the right decisions that will really help you heal? If we’re honest, we all have.
So many people we have worked with, in one way or another, have found themselves hung up on the speed bump of social pressure when trying to make major lifestyle changes and explore internal transformation. We notice that the people who get unstuck tend to be the ones who are willing to get awkward and relax into being different.
Beyond influencing our daily lifestyle choices, stress from feeling held back by social pressure also changes our biology and slows healing. Growing to see beyond the illusions of social pressure, particularly the ones that don’t serve us, and not letting limiting beliefsĀ hold us back is an integral part of any healing journey.
It was definitely crucial for Realtor Erin Cooper of Keller Williams Windward Associates. She’s really gifted at helping people find homes they love. However, her struggles through chronic illness have helped her find the best home of all – the one within. Listen to our podcast where Erin shares how she went from hopeless and rock bottom to an all new level of healing experience by embracing feeling like a weirdo.

My personal best to Erin for taking matters into her own hands for her health issues. My personal experience with the medical profession is not good for an exactly opposite reason. I really have no medical issues, and I feel great, but, my medical stats (on a medical app) show an 8% chance of getting something in the future. Therefore my medical recommendation is to go on some type of medication. It seems the medical field has gotten wrapped up in the “description of” and “prescription for” everyone. Health issue or not. No thank you. I’ll stick with the holistic side of health.
